Legal Terms of Shipping and Cancellation

1. Shipping Method:
   Home delivery. Once payment for the order has been confirmed, it will be shipped to the postal address provided by the user. We will send a notification to the email address provided to inform you of the status of the order within no more than 24 hours.

2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Time:
   Shipping costs will vary depending on location and weight, with amounts and delivery times as stipulated in the sales offer for each product.

3. Cancellations:
   Ortigas Rosas may accept cancellations of any order provided that it has not yet been shipped, according to the preparation status of the order. To cancel, you must communicate via the email address info@ortigasrosas.com.
   Ortigas Rosas may cancel an order if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the payment method or the purpose of the purchase is invalid or unlawful. In such a case, Ortigas Rosas will contact the customer.
