The grape harvest begins, and wicker baskets filled with grapes pile up in the late afternoon along the path leading to the Château’s cellar. There, a well-deserved snack awaits to comfort the workers after a long day of heat and hard effort.
In the kitchen, it's been a busy day too. They’ve prepared Amélie’s favorite tarts: she’s come to visit her parents and help with the harvest.

Since she was a child, her favorite treats have been cherry pie and fresh cream pastries with wild strawberries. At home, everyone knows this, and every time she visits, she simply can’t resist the delights made with the red berries gathered during and at the end of summer.
